Technical support is provided as part of your "support and maintenance" agreement with your purchase of any of our products. Limited support is also offered for our evaluation products. We offer several support options including email and telephone support. Before submitting a support incident, please make sure you have looked into the following online support options first:

• Technical Support Forum - This service is available to both mobileFX Customers and evaluators. Submit your questions and request technical support online, directly to the developers of our products. This option is available to both our Customers and Evaluators. Each technical support case is assigned a priority number depending on your support subscription and it usually is dealt within two working days.

• Suggestions - If you would like to make a suggestion about this site or any of our products, please feel free to use this easy online form.  We are always interested in hearing your comments as we believe this helps us to produce a better product and online browsing experience.
  

• Bug Reports - Enter and track problem reports easily online using our bug tracking Software.  Each incident is assigned a unique tracking number and you will be automatically notified once you have reported the problem.  When the support incident has been addressed, you will be automatically notified by email that the problem has been addressed.  Each incident will contain notes from the support technician that worked on your problem and any notes pertaining to the reported item.
  

• Feature Requests - If you are looking for a feature not found in any of our products and you would like to see it included, please feel free to use this easy online form to submit your request.  We consider this an invaluable tool for our users, helping us provide you with the tools you are looking for.
