mobileFX SMS Gate is a light-weight solution for adding SMS Services to your Business Applications, Web Sites and Application Servers. With mobileFX SMS Gate you can send SMS messages over Internet, through mobileFX SMSC Servers, or receive SMS messages using GSM Modems.

Software Downloads   Download mobileFX SMS Gate Server (Version 1.0.0.851) This software can be used either as a desktop application or as a server, for sending and receiving SMS messages. SMS messages are received using GSM Modems and are sent over internet using mobileFX SMS Services.   (Optional) Download mobileFX SMS Gate Proxy COM ActiveX Component This ActiveX COM library can be used by developers for creating applications that use mobileFX SMS Gate Services, such as sending and receiving SMS messages, through mobileFX SMS Gate Server.   For sending SMS messages you will need SMS Credits.   mobileFX SMS Gate solution is a Network Platform that should be installed and configured by Network Administrators. Sending SMS

■ mobileFX SMS Gate Server forwards your SMS to mobileFX SMSC (or any of our partners SMSC depending on your Geographic Location) and from there SMS are delivered to recipients. An internet connection is required.

■ By deploying mobileFX SMS Gate Server on your Network, any application can connect to it with a TCP/IP Socket and submit outgoing SMS requests. 

■ Sending SMS or Bulk SMS through our SMSC is credit-based for which SMS Volume Packages must be purchased in advanced from our web site. For heavy-duty systems we offer Credit Overdraft for securing your system’s seamless and uninterruptable operation.

■ For supporting developers on writing clients to mobileFX SMS Gate Server, we offer royalty-free mobileFX SMS Gate Proxy Client, an ActiveX COM DLL component that allows you to programmatically open a Session to mobileFX SMS Gate and transmit requests for sending SMS. On a typical 1Gbit LAN, a client can submit over 1.000 SMS requests per sec.

 

Receiving SMS

■ If you wish to implement a less demanding SMS Inbox solution, mobileFX SMS Gate Server can also act as a light-weight SMSC by using one or several GSM Modems.

■ Such modems can be either industrial class devices such as WAVECOM, or non-industrial devices, such as typical Huawei USB GSM modems.
