Evaluation Requirements |

New
requirement for evaluating mobileFX IDE Software
mobileFX IDE Software products contain copyrighted material, branded samples and
J2ME source code that cannot be released without the appropriate legal
agreements between the evaluators and mobileFX. For that reason, companies or third parties that wish to evaluate mobileFX
IDE software products are required to provide the following information and
accept to the following agreements:

Download and print in two copies on A4 double-sided
paper the appropriate mobileFX IDE software License Agreement from the
hyperlinks below.
Each copy of the License Agreement must be signed on the bottom-right corner
of every page and submitted to us via registered post mail - not email nor
fax.
You are required to print your name and company details in the License
Agreement under the footer of the document.

Please make sure you understand our
Licensing Policy
and particularly the licensing of mobileFX IDE Frameworks and Engines and
their pricing model, described in
mobileFX Software Products Pricelist.

If you are representing a company, you must provide
sufficient information that the company exists, e.g. company registration
number, owner details, your details and position in the company, description
of the company and purpose of software usage.

If you are representing a University, you must be located
in EU or US and the request for free licensing must be signed by the head of
the school, the dean or the sub-dean.

All requests must provide a company-class VAT number and two telephone numbers: a fixed
international telephone number and a mobile telephone number.

No software can be provided to countries where software
copyright laws do not apply or international treaties about intellectual
property rights are not established with the European Union and Greece.
