Collecting Information
mobileFX™ site detects your IP when you browse it and
allows browsing access to connections from Countries that implement laws for
Intellectual Property Rights, Copyrights and respect International Copyright
Treaties. If those conditions are met, mobileFX™ site is free for public
access and it does not collect private information for browsing it.
However, downloading
mobileFX™ Software Products
from our site, either for evaluation or by purchase right
(purchase right is when you have purchased a License for a
mobileFX™ Software Product), or accessing service areas of our
web site, such as Technical Support, Bug Reports, Forums, etc.,
requires that you personalize this access and identify yourself.
In order to identify yourself, you need to
establish a mobileFX™ User Account by Registering your full
name, address and your email to our site. Both mobileFX™
Customers and Evaluators need to Register and create a mobileFX™
User Account before they can download any mobileFX™ Software or
access service areas of the site. A mobileFX™ Customer is
automatically registered and a mobileFX™ User Account is created
when he or she purchases a mobileFX™ Software Product.
Software Downloads from our site are logged and
we collect your IP address.
We do not intent to obtain any personal
information from minors. If you are under the age of 18, please
do not provide us with any personal information.
Using Information
Though we have the outmost respect for your privacy, any
communication or material you transmit to the site by electronic mail or
otherwise, is and will be treated as, non confidential and non proprietary.
As a general rule, we will not sell, rent, or lease your personally
identifiable information and will not disclose your personally identifiable
